Buying a home during the holiday season may not always be at the top of everyone’s to-do’s. But, it can often be the optimal time to for serious buyers. Serious sellers are keeping their house on the market. They are ready to for showings and frustrated that they aren’t getting as many visitors as they were in warmer months. Many take a hiateous during the colder months or the holiday season and for that reason it limits the amount of competition, time constraints, and potential hesitation involved in the usual process. Along with motivated sellers, there are other smart perks to buying at the end of the year. We never stop our clients from selling and/or buying when they are ready to make that commitment.
